About the Role
The position is located in the main administration office, which is a highly productive busy environment.Some key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
* Absences - data entry and reporting, attendance duties (unexplained absences, inconsistent absences, excursions, unmarked rolls;
* Class rolls - entry and management when required;
* Student Services - queries, late arrivals, early departures (Daymap - training will be provided)
* First Aid (First Aid Certificate required or training provided)
* Back-up Accounts Receivables - experience would be an advantage - training will be
* Providing data entry, and basic level data collection and analysis, general computing, and administrative and clerical services;
* Providing clerical support and reception services including receiving telephone calls and front counter enquiries from students and families to the school and if possible answering queries or where necessary directing these to appropriate areas;
* Student Health Chart - Data entry incident report;
* Other responsibilities as determined by the Principal or Business Manager.

* Possible increased tasks within the scope of the role description and additional hours to be reviewed Term 2.
About You
* The successful applicant will ideally need excellent communication skills, immaculate personal presentation, and an understanding of school attendance policies. A knowledge of OneSchool would be highly regarded.
