The Opportunity
We are seeking an energetic team player with a high safety focus to join our operations team as an Equipment Book-In Officer. This role may also provide a career roadmap over time should the successful candidate wish to accept.

Responsibilities
- Monitoring the integrity of inventory records and processes, including warehouse, customer consignment, and product specialist consignment, and perform tasks to validate and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Create, review and edit consignment notes with great attention to detail
- Liaising with internal stakeholders and customers for consignment requirements.
- Perform a manual update of consignment records where required.
- Providing support to the Operations team to ensure all relevant consignment paperwork is accurately prepared and actioned in a timely manner.
- Accurate Data Entry - Provide administrative support to the Operations, Administration and Management team.
Skills & Experience:
- Administration experience ideally with exposure or understanding of either transport/storage/hire or auction industry.
- Exceptional data entry skills especially consignment note data entry
- High attention to detail
- Basic photography
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in use of Microsoft Office suite of programs
- Willingness to learn and progress
