After five years, our wonderful administration and office support employee is leaving and we are looking for the next vibrant, talented person to fill her shoes!
Our consultancy is small in employee numbers (about 12) so we operate on accountability. And in this role, you'll be accountable for a lot including general reception duties (managing phones and mail, greeting guests, office tidy up etc) as well as more gutsy project management administration (communicating with developers, communicating with utility providers, monthly meetings and managing deadlines).
This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has been in an office administration role but is now ready for the next step. Your general skills will be tested as you learn more and more about project management and administration. The role offers a fantastic pathway to a long and fulfilling career in the sector and is suited to a junior seeking a salary of approx $50 - $60k
