We are excited to be in the market for an Audience Specialist to join our Audience Intelligence team for a 12 Month Fixed Term maternity leave contract.

Our Audience Intelligence team is looking for someone to lead the dissemination of audience figures across our platforms to the business while supporting our commercial team.
Reporting into Head of Audience Intelligence, broadly you will
work to uncover and deliver data and audience insights that help shape the way we position Nova Entertainment’s various media channels and products
be the expert on audience measurement
work closely with NOVA’s sales force and the broader branded entertainment team (CREATE) on both proactive and reactive briefs.
In a day-to-day sense, that might look like:
Responding to commercial briefs on audience measurement & behaviour
Be the point of contact for all things measurement across all platforms
Responding to requests from our programming and marketing teams
Collaborating with our Research & Commercial Insights team
The role is integral to driving the understanding of our audiences across the business, commitment to attention to detail is non-negotiable.
The kind of person we need will have the ability to work autonomously with the ability to collaborate and understand the needs of others within the business, regardless of level.
You will rely on your interpersonal and operational skillsets in equal measure, often across multiple tasks simultaneously.
We know there’s no formula for the perfect candidate, but if we had to pinpoint it, you would have:
3-5 years’ experience within an agency or publisher
Practical experience with audience ratings-based software
Sound understanding of desktop research tools
Immaculate attention to detail
Solid Microsoft Office skills (especially PowerPoint & Excel)
