As the Warehouse Manager, you will play a crucial role in the smooth operation of our warehouse and logistics. You will be responsible for overseeing general warehouse duties, managing basic audio-visual setups, over see the hire department, coordinating repairs, and ensuring the timely delivery of stock to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and dispatching audio-visual equipment.
- Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and records.
- Coordinate and perform basic audio-visual setups for client projects and events.
- Manage the repair process for damaged or malfunctioning equipment, liaising with service providers as necessary.
- Plan and coordinate deliveries to clients, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of orders/hires.
- Implement and maintain warehouse policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
- Monitor and manage warehouse equipment and supplies, ensuring they are well-maintained and stocked.
- Conduct regular stock checks and audits to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the warehouse
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar logistics role.
- Basic knowledge of audio-visual equipment and setups.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office Suite.
- Valid driver's license and ability to operate warehouse machinery.
- Previous Experience in the AV field is advantageous
- Test and Tag Licence Preferred
- Fork Lift Ticket Preferred
