Air Additions is a key manufacturer and wholesaler for the commercial, industrial and residential HVAC industry across Australia. We have recently moved to a larger modern facility at Cooper Plains in Brisbane, QLD.

This is a dynamic and fast paced role with key responsibilities including:
- Prioritise health and safety, above all else.
- Plan and coordinate the receipt, storage and dispatch of all goods and products.
- Manage and motivate a team of warehouse staff assisting with recruitment, training and performance management.
- Monitor inventory levels ensuring stocks are maintained and replenished from bulk locations.
- Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the facility.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations, as well as, company policies and procedures.
Skills and experience
- Strong safety culture and experience.
- Practical know how & confidence using computer software.
- Warehousing knowledge, with supervisory experience desirable.
- Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.
- Logical problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
