Aura Duty Officer

We have an opportunity for a current internal staff member for a casual role as Duty Officer AURA.
About the role:
The Duty Officer is responsible for overseeing the delivery of AURA, which is an immersive 90-minute theatre experience using 3D technology that follows gold from its creation through to its discovery, right up until the current day. The Duty Officer leads the team to ensure that set routines and operating guidelines are adhered to. This will include providing direction to staff, and their supervision, to deliver an outstanding visitor theatre experience. The role also involves delivering a high level of customer service.
The successful candidate would ideally have experience in supervising, leading or managing a team. Night Show experience (BOSC, Lamplight Tours or AURA) would be highly desirable.
This is a casual role, that will require flexibility and availability (an average of a minimum of three nights per week) over weeknights, weekends and public holidays.
