About the roleThe
Authorised Officer works with the Customer Team to ensure the safety and efficiency of the passengers on the network.You’ll use your exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills to create a safe and smooth operating environment.
Key Accountabilities include:- Be responsible for day-to-day reporting of offences under the Transport Act with a focus on anti-social behaviour.
- Respond to and assist during emergencies and public transport disruption incidents.
- Deter public order (crime and vandalism) and fare evasion offences.
- Be an integral part in providing customers a high degree of service to ensure an informative, trouble-free, and safe journey.
