We're looking for an Automation Asset Manager to join our brand-new Automated Distribution Centre!
This is an incredible opportunity to be involved in the commissioning of our second automated distribution centre which will use world-class technology to modernise our Supply Chain. Epic in scale and design, our new facility represents the future of logistics.
Located in Kemps Creek New South Wales, our new facility will deliver outstanding service level fulfilment to our stores. Critical to the site's success, are our people who'll enable seamless operational delivery.
As Automation Asset Manager, your ability to lead and drive continuous improvement initiatives across asset and supplier management portfolios will be highly regarded. Importantly, you will lead by example and always keep Safety and Compliance front of mind.
Primary duties include:
Lead the site Automation Asset and service management, delivering quality asset management (maintenance and asset availability), cleaning service, and improved life cycle value for the business in line with best industry practice.
Lead the Cleaning Contractor partnership site service performance across Cleaning Management, Procurement, Project Management and Engineering disciplines.
Ensure that all statutory compliance and occupational health and safety requirements are managed and fulfilled.
Lead the annual site cleaning budget, identifying and prioritising the requirement funds to support required services.
Interface with key stakeholders, example: (Witron, The Cleaning Contractor, Coles) within the business and ensure that agreed 'ways of working' documents have been developed and are used with each stakeholder.
About you and your skills

5 years plus experience in an automated distribution facility, manufacturing, logistics and/or service-based industries desired.
Engineering Degree or Trade background is highly desirable.
Strong background in contract management, including ensuring sustainability of end-to-end supplier operations.
Experience in supplier governance and holding suppliers accountable to KPIs and service quality.
Superior problem solving, communication and presentation skills.
Ability to influence across multiple organisation units and levels of management.
Track record or P&L delivery in large organisation(s), including preparation of business cases.
Strong competencies in relationship management and people management.
Experience in contract management systems and asset management/workflow systems.
