Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments or personnel.
- Provide accurate information / updates to our clients.
- Schedule appointments / manage daily booking sheet.
- Assist in processing invoices.
- Maintain a clean and organised reception area.
- Coordinate with the team to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
- Data entry and invoice generation.
- Prepare repair estimates for customers.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an automotive business is essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Strong organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- A positive and proactive attitude, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Professional appearance and demeanour.
- Hold a qualification as Automotive Techician or have a sound knowledge of vehicle repair methods.
