The Role…
- Book and quote customers for their servicing or repair needs - face to face, on the phone and online.
- Meet, Greet and Check-in our service customers when they arrive.
- Arrange loan vehicles for customers.
- Drop off and pick up customers and/or their vehicles as required.
- Liaise with Service Manager / Workshop Manager and vehicle cleaners to ensure that customers' expectations are met - even exceeded!
- Quote and sell additional work required when reported to ensure our customer's vehicle remains safe and reliable.
- Maintain customer database records with a high level of data accuracy.
- Invoice work for customers, take payment and wave them goodbye!

- Are a people person first and foremost.
- Strong communication skills
- Prepared to work in a fast-paced environment
- Are willing to learn systems and processes.
- Are able to move quickly and adapt to change.
- Have a great understanding of computers and are able to learn new software quickly.
- Strong initiative
- Toyota knowledge preferred but not essential
- High standard of presentation
- Team player but can also work autonomously
- Have a current driver's license.
