Form of workOur client is a National supplier of a range of services and parts, through their branch network, and are currently seeking to appoint an experienced Branch/Store Manager to their operations in the Northern suburbs of Sydney.
Leading a small team, you will be responsible for branch sales, customer service, vehicle bookings and quotes, along with OH & S and motivating your team. A solid understanding of Automotive Service management, inventory/stock control and sound people leadership are critical to this role.
Reporting to the State Sales and Operations Manager, you will enjoy a management team that is inclusive, supportive, forward moving & family orientated.
We are seeking a candidate with solid branch/auto parts management experience, with demonstrated leadership achievements with a solid automotive/mechanical understanding.
A negotiable salary and bonus structure will be offered to the successful candidate, along with the use of the company vehicle.
