Bundaberg Motor Group is currently seeking an Stock Controller with exceptional attention to detail and superior organisational skills to join our dynamic team.
Reporting to the Dealer Principal and working with New Car Department Managers, your job will be to monitor and control the stock inventory for multiple brands across the Dealership.
It is the responsibility of the Stock Controller to monitor Manufacturer targets and submit relevant reporting within established timeframes.
This position will have the successful applicant working 9.00am to 3.00pm Monday to Friday.
Duties will include:
Data entry and maintenance of inventory using the Dealer Management System.
Management and supply of stock lists.
Management and planning of forward-ordering requirements.
Sourcing sold vehicles for all franchises
Stock ordering
Allocation of sold vehicles
Maintain vehicle pricing
Preparation and submission of required documentation to manufacturers
General administration duties as required
To be successful in the position you will need to have:
Experience in Automotive Stock control - Preferred
Strong work ethic

Exceptional attention to detail
Superior time management skills
Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office
