We are looking for an Automotive Workshop Administrator with parts interpretation experience, This role is based in our Office in Paget, Mackay.

We are a team of highly skilled and knowledgeable tradesman ready for the next challenge. We are growing our team and expanding our services within Mackay and are currently looking for the next great addition to our team.
The successful candidate will be required to liaise with clients, book in jobs, order parts and assist with the workshop day to day operation. Training will be provided for this position, but prior experience is highly regarded.
About You
While you enjoy structure you also have no problem tackling anything that comes your way and consider yourself flexible and able to work under pressure.
You must be willing to grow as this role will push your own comfort zone (in a positive way).
You will work autonomously with a large and varied workload and be able to reprioritize your work to suit the needs of the workshop. Time management and prioritization along with high attention to detail is essential to this role as you are key to the timely delivery of the services. You will display good problem solving skills with the aptitude and ability to learn new systems and processes with ease. A good level of computer competency is essential to the operational function of this role.
What we can offer You
- $20 - $30hr pending experience + Super paid on all hours worked
- Weekly Pay
- 8am-5pm (some room for flexibility) Monday to Friday (with the exception of some overtime when required)

Successful Applicants Must Have
- Automotive industry Experience
- Administration Experience
- Ability to think strategically, analytically and outside of the box
- Sound computer skills
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent Organizational Skills
- High level of Productivity and attention to detail
- Strong administration and time management skills
