Role:
The Operations Administratorposition is open to applicants with previous office admin experience. The ideal candidate will be self motivated, hard working, reliable, have a good work ethic, be well presented, possess excellent customer service skills and must also have good attention to detail and take pride in their work.
The primary functions of this role will include but are not limited to:
- Data Entry
- Handling Phone Inquiries
- General Administration
- Customer Service
- Database Maintenance
- Updating Procedure Manuals
- Cleanliness and Organization of Office areas
- Support of the Operations Team
- Time sheet entry
- Logistics booking
- Asset register maintenance
The successful applicant must display the following qualities;
- Excellent organization and Time Management skills
- Produce a high quality of work
- Accurate Data Entry skills
- Clear and accurate communication skills
- Completing tasks with timeliness and accuracy.
- Ability to carry out work in a neat and organized manner.
- Ability to set and meet deadlines
- Computer Literacy – Word & Excel

- Hold a valid Driver's License
Remuneration will be negotiated with the successful candidate.
