About the Role
We are seeking a self-driven individual to join our team as a Workshop Administrator. This position will be responsible for the ongoing maintenance of our allocation/tracking/costing system and to provide administrative support to our workshop.
Responsibilities
- Effectively communicate with stakeholders
- Record and maintain machine allocation
- Contribute to our small tools tracking system
- Record service and repair documentation
- Provide administrative support to the workshop manager
- Order parts for vehicles and machinery
- Raise purchase orders and issue invoices
- Create and monitor work orders
- Maintain company registers and develop our database
- Maintenance of electronic and hard copy filing
- General workshop reception duties
About the successful candidate
- Minimum 3 years administration experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work in an industrial environment and meet deadlines
- Positive attitude and undertake tasks in a professional way
- Be able to work in a team as well as independently
- Must be versatile and an effective communicator
- Great work ethic and process driven
- Strong data entry skill with attention to detail
- Honest and reliable
