The opportunity:
Our Security and Technology Solutions team is seeking qualified Avionics Systems specialists to join our team to support our Defence client in an ongoing project. If you have an NV1 Defence Security Clearance, and would like to register your interest, please apply here with your updated CV.
This role is based in Brisbane.
Key responsibilities may include, but not limited to:
- Perform Avionics engineering duties as required
- Review and revise Engineering and Business Practices
- Ensure transition of systems records align with relevant standards
- Maintain local procedures including record keeping systems to enable the conduct of Delegate of the Safety Authority (DoSA) obligations
- Review and contribute to Airworthiness and Major Changes approvals
- Ensure project elements align with technical acceptance requirements
- Ensure contract obligations are met
- Assist with audits and assurance review of technical products as part of performance assurance program
- Provide training and support to Avionics and Software Engineering staff
About you

- Demonstrated Systems Engineering experience in Defence avionics environment
- Demonstrated ability to perform Avionics and Software Engineering
- Demonstrated experience in the application of Defence Aviation Safety Regulation (DASR)
- Prior experience in Defence consulting would be highly regarded
Must have at minimum a NV1 Defence Security Clearance.
