Azure Devops Engineer - Broadbeach, Qld

We are looking for an Azure DevOp Engineer to join the team on a 3-month engagement/contract in Broadbeach!

In this role, as our key lead DevOp you'll be working within a dynamic team and be heavily contributing to several exciting projects as we embrace Azure within our ecosystem.
A day in the life...

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize Azure cloud services and infrastructure.
• Define, document, and implement best practices for continuous integration, delivery, and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Manage and monitor Azure resources, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
• Automate deployment, configuration, and testing processes using infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Azure services and deployments.
• Provide technical guidance and support to development teams on Azure-related projects.

• Identify and support the implementation of further opportunities for automation within the product development process to improve and streamline service delivery.

Who you are...

• Proven experience with Azure cloud services, including Azure DevOps, Azure Resource Manager, and Azure CLI
• Strong understanding of DevOps principles and practices, with hands-on experience in CI/CD pipeline implementation
• Proficiency in scripting and automation using PowerShell, Bash, or similar languages
• Knowledge of Azure API Management, and automation of API deployment and security
• Familiarity with serverless technologies such as Azure Functions and Logic Apps
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities
• Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Administrator, Azure DevOps Engineer) are a plus
