We are looking for a bright, energetic and driven Sales Lead. You will enjoy sales and digital marketing, lead generation, appointment setting, meeting clients, talking about people and leadership, selling and delivering results for a growing company.
Why we need you?
The purpose of this role is to double the size of our business by marketing and closing sales with prospective clients and to support the team with broader leadership development sales. This is a varied sales position for a gutsy sales specialist.
About the role:
- Outbound lead generation & prospecting
- Set up meetings and presentations
- Relationship building for long term results
- Develop and close B2B sales for our products and services
- You will report to the Managing Director and develop and work closely on implementing the growth strategy
