Babies Room Lead Educator - Maternity Leave Position

Station House Early Years Learning is looking for a Babies Room Lead Educator, for a Maternity leave position. 

& A Toddler Room educator. 
Set roster with flexible working hours! 

Commencing end of May / start of June! 

Our Babies room is a beautiful 8 place room. You will work alongside our amazing Trainee educator.  

Our Toddler room is a 16 place room, with children aged from 2-3 years old. You would be working alongside a team of 5 educators.

Our service is 71 placed centre that is a locally family owned and operated long day care and Kindergarten located in the heart of Cranbourne, right opposite the Cranbourne train station. We have been in the Cranbourne community for over 13 years, our service is filled with beautiful families who have all been recommended by one person or another to our service. We pride ourselves on being a home away from home.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Current Provide an Emergency First Aid response in an Education and Care Setting qualification.
• Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care
• Valid Working with Children Check
• Knowledge and understanding of the child safe standards. 
• accredited child protection training. 
• Do Food Safely certificate 

  POSITION OBJECTIVES:

• Be responsible for management of the day-to-day operation of the assigned room, including providing leadership and support to educators and staff within your team in line with relevant regulations, policies and procedures.

 • In collaboration with the Educational Leader assist with the development, implementation and reflection of the educational program to provide a high-quality program for all children and families 

• Build and maintain positive relationships with children, families, educators, staff and management to deliver best outcomes for families and children
