Stone Artisan Bakers is a fast-paced environment specialising in traditional Sourdough Breads, Gourmet Pies, and French inspired Cakes & Pastries.
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Pastry Chef/Baker to join our growing team. This role involves basic food preparation, assisting with ingredient and baking preparation, stock rotation, goods receival, and packing of products.
Applicants must have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a commercial kitchen and hold a Certificate III in Advanced Baking or a Certificate III in Pâtisserie.

As a skilled Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for producing desserts and bakery products while following recipes consistently and efficiently with little supervision.
Further duties and responsibilities will include:
- Complete daily prep and production of high-volume bakery products consistently.
- Maintain a high standard of food quality with demonstrated efficiency in the utilisation of products.
- Assist in maintaining effective inventory levels.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment and station on a daily basis and maintain standards of good personal hygiene.
- Exhibits excellent knowledge and understanding of all fundamental techniques of pastry, confectionery, and baked goods.
