What you will do:
- Serve a diverse range of beverages, including cocktails, wines, and non-alcoholic drinks, with precision and accuracy.
- Engage with guests to understand their preferences and provide personalised recommendations.
- Maintain a clean and bar and seating area, adhering to hygiene and safety standards.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
- Stay informed about current beverages and food items offered at Grain.
- Handle cash and electronic transactions accurately.
What you bring:
- Previous experience as Food & Beverage Attendant or Bar Attendant in a high-end hospitality environment.
- Prior knowledge of beverage trends, spirits, and wine.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification.
