What you will do:

• Serve a diverse range of beverages, including cocktails, wines, and non-alcoholic drinks, with precision and accuracy.
• Engage with guests to understand their preferences and provide personalised recommendations.
• Maintain a clean and bar and seating area, adhering to hygiene and safety standards.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
• Stay informed about current beverages and food items offered at Grain.
• Handle cash and electronic transactions accurately.
   

What you bring:

• Previous experience as Food & Beverage Attendant or Bar Attendant in a high-end hospitality environment.
• Prior knowledge of beverage trends, spirits, and wine.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
• Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification.
