- As Bar Manager you will be responsible for the success and profitability of the bar at Sorrento Bowling Club, for ensuring a high level of customer service is provided at all times and maintaining compliance with all safety, stock and equipment procedures.
- The role will involve supervision, training, and development of food and beverage staff to ensure the bar runs efficiently and to a high standard.
- Creating effective schedules and quickly resolving conflicts to ensure that bar is well staffed during peak hours.
- Setting and enforcing quality and safety controls.
- Strong understanding of businessmanagement and accounting principles.
- Excellent computer, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to diffuse tense situations and resolve conflicts.
