Form of workWe are looking for an experienced Bar & Restaurant Manager to help lead our fun, dynamic and outgoing team.
The Denmark Tavern is open 7 days a week for lunch and dinner and we also host live music!
As a Bar & Restaurant Manager you will require at least 3 years experience in this role.
The role will include but is not limited to the below areas:
- day to day running of the bar & restaurant
- run reservations and POS systems
- motivating and teaching the staff
- hire, train and maintain adequate staff numbers
- build rapport with our existing repeat clientele and also build new relationships.
The skills you must poses are:
- great people skills
- ability to communicate
- time management
- be able to effectively deal with customer complaints and defuse all situations in house
