8 at Trinity are very well known for our cocktails and we are looking for a beverage enthusiast with the attention to detail and knowledge of the finer details of being a cutting edge Bar Supervisor. The ideal applicant will have a passion for the industry and be up to date with current industry trends and changes.

ABOUT YOU

To be considered for this position, you must be able to demonstrate the following:

• Bar Supervisor: Min 3 years experience as a cocktail bar tender/supervisor in a busy/premium bar or restaurant setting.
• Strong creative flair for developing new cocktails.
• Providing customers and colleagues with knowledge of cocktails/wine.
• Holds a current RSA certificate.
• Experience in ordering, POS systems and stock management.
• Sound knowledge of cocktails, wine and spirit products on offer.
• Attention to detail in a high pressure fast paced environment.
• Strong wine knowledge preferable.
• Excellent grooming and presentation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Available to work days, evenings and weekends. (8 at Trinity is currently closed on Mondays and Tuesdays)
• Must be very well presented and well spoken, reliable and honest.
