The Opportunity 

Batch Furnace Operator 

You will be responsible for operating and monitoring our advanced Batch Furnaces Standard working hours 7AM - 3PM Monday to Thursday, 6AM - 2.30PM Friday 

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and control Batch Furnaces according to standard procedures and work instructions. 
• Monitor furnace performance, temperature, and pressure gauges to ensure optimal efficiency. 
• Load and unload materials with care, adhering to safety protocols at all times. 
• Collaborate with the engineering team to determine the appropriate heat treatment processes for specific materials.
• Conduct routine maintenance on equipment to guarantee reliability and longevity. 
• Record and document all data, maintaining accurate and detailed records of production runs. 
•  Adhere to strict safety and quality standards

Your Skills and Experience 

• Previous experience in a similar manufacturing role is preferred.
• Commitment to safety  
• Solid understanding of heat treatment processes and equipment. 
• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and solve technical issues. 
• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality output. 
• Exceptional organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently. . A team player who can also work independently with minimal supervision. 
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures. 
• More importantly, your positive attitude, strong work ethic, willingness to learn and flexibility is what makes you stand out
