Key Responsibilities

• Project Initiation: Kick-start projects seamlessly at pre-start meetings.

• Strategic Scheduling: Mastermind timelines and order materials efficiently, coordinating the fully employed trades from start to finish.

• Client satisfaction: Keep clients engaged with comprehensive updates and schedules.

• On-Site Supervision: Ensure renovations meet quality standards with daily site visits and coordinate with site teams for smooth progress.

• Financial Management: Drive projects to completion on time and within budget.

• Documentation Excellence: Ensure all project records are accurately compiled. Lead a team aligned with our values, providing a structured environment and key responsibilities for the field team.

About you:

• SA Driver’s License & White Card are essential.

• National Police clearance.

• DCSI clearance (preferred).

• Background in Construction (Carpentry, Tiling, Plumbing) beneficial but not mandatory.

• Project Management skills are a plus but not a requirement.

• Team player with a high level of computer literacy.
