Hera Bathware, a rapidly growing company in the bathroom products industry, is now hiring for our Brooklyn showroom. We are looking for a full-time External Sales Representative who is ready to take on the challenge and contribute to our team's success.

Role:
Full-Time Store Manager
Working Hours:
Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Work Content:
- Welcoming guests, guiding them through the shopping experience, and handling phone inquiries.
- Assisting customers with pick-ups/orders, etc.
- Delivering accurate product knowledge and exceptional customer service.
- Preparing quotations and sales orders.
- Providing assistance over the phone, via email, and in-person on the showroom floor.
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Working as part of a dynamic and exciting team.
- Managing after-sales resolutions.
- Maintaining showroom cleanliness to ensure a pleasant environment for customers.
Job Requirements:
- Strong communication and writing skills.
- Excellent administration, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to work under self-supervision.
- Proficiency in maintaining and expanding business relationships.
- Comfortable working both independently and in a team environment.
- Commitment to maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the showroom.
Salary:
- Yearly Rate: $65,000 + Super + Commission.
- This is a long-term, stable position with opportunities for promotion.
