As our business continues to grow, we are seeking to appoint someone who can make an exceptional first impression and offers excellent sales skills, customer service and superior administration. This position is Permanent Part Time (3 days/week) and will be based in our Frankston Branch. This position's working days are Monday - Wednesday
Responsibilities:
- Deliver Stellar Customer Support: Day to Day running of a busy showroom. Interact with customers in person, and also via phone and email, making a great first impression in every case.
- Problem Resolution: Act as a frontline troubleshooter, efficiently resolving customer issues and concerns. Collaborate with other teams when necessary to find solutions and ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Product Knowledge: Become an expert on our products and services, staying up-to-date with new features and offerings. Use this knowledge to guide customers and enhance their experience, and demonstrate equipment where required.
- Order Processing: Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Relationship Building: Foster strong and positive relationships with customers to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
- Feedback and Improvement: Actively collect customer feedback and relay valuable insights to the management team. Identify trends and propose solutions for process improvement.
- Meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Strive to achieve and exceed established KPIs, including response times, customer satisfaction scores, and resolution rates.
Requirements:
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, with a focus on clarity, empathy, and professionalism.
