The Role
Due to the success of the business and through developing an outstanding portfolio of key accounts in Queensland we have an opportunity for a sales person join our QLD team. The role includes developing new business and relationships as well as managing some key accounts in the Brisbane area and surrounds.
Your Key responsibilities;
- Servicing and managing of an existing customer base
- Growing market share, revenue, sales orders and customer base
- Delivering to sales KPI’s
- Work with market leading customers and brands
- Enjoy fantastic career opportunities
You will work across several priority channels including; retail, franchise groups and builders. You will have responsibility for a portfolio of established customers as well as being tasked with developing and winning new accounts. Reporting to the General Manager for our Queensland operations this is a position with a strong base of customers. You will be given room to build your own effective relationships as well as support from the Lincoln BWT sales team to assist you to develop and grow your territory.

About You
- Outgoing, approachable sales focused and passionate about managing business relationships with our various customers.
- The successful candidate will have at least 5+ years selling experience.
- Experience in the consumer and or industrial markets
- You will have a proven track record of success in exceeding targets and developing relationships with customers.
- Experienced in B2B sales.
- Outstanding time management capabilities with the ability to manage numerous tasks at one time.
- You are a confident communicator and can adapt your communication style with a positive can do attitude.
