ABOUT YOUR ROLE
We have an exciting 12 month contract opportunity for a Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our Grinders Coffee team in Brisbane, QLD! Reporting to the State Sales Manager, your primary focus will be to drive long term sales growth through securing high value New Business. This role will cover the entire state with a focus on South East Qld.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- As a Grinders BDM, you are responsible for identifying and securing high value New Business opportunities
- Work closely with the Qld Grinders Territory sales team to uncover growth opportunities.
- Work closely with the broader Coca-Cola Euro Pacific beverage teams across the state to uncover growth opportunities.
- Manage and grow pipeline, including the generation of new leads and prompt actioning of incoming leads

Are you a highly motivated and organized individual with a passion for coffee and building connections? We're seeking someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys helping others succeed. You will have
- Prior Coffee Industry experience (coffee sales, barista, coffee professional, hospitality background) is essential
- Results focused with very strong planning and multitasking capabilities
- Excellent communication, influencing, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent planning, organisation, and time management skills
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to think on your feet and influence mutually beneficial outcomes with our customers.
- Be available to travel regionally including occasional overnight stays
