Penetron (https://penetron.com.au/) is a growing, privately owned Australian company that is an industry leader in providing a range of specialised Waterproofing Products to the construction and building industries. The products have applications in infrastructure and private sector projects including hydroelectric power plants, sewage treatment plants, tunnels, bridges, marine environments, water retaining structures, residential and commercial basements, etc. To sustain the business growth nationally, we are constantly searching for experienced and talented sales professionals to join our national sales team. 
 

Penetron is experiencing growth in the marketplace Nationally across all segments of operations.  


As a sales professional, you’ll be selling market leading products and solutions renowned for innovation, quality, and sustainability. When you are selling solutions to our customers you can be confident in representing a brand that leads with integrity and has tremendous expertise built from its 40year plus history.

About the Role:

You will be responsible for the North Sydney to QLD Border territory and be part of a national sales team

We’re looking for an experienced Sales Professional who is highly enthusiastic and has a proven background in achieving sales, and an unparalleled drive to increase the company’s market share. Your role will be to manage and grow sales in your territory in line with the Territory Management Plan & contribute to the overall sales results. 

The role has a strong business development component, so having existing contacts and relationships within the building industry would be an advantage.

Your skills and experience:

  • Demonstrated experience in Sales and Business Development with a stable employment history (ideally 5 years+).
  • Experience within the Concrete/Construction Industry will be HIGHLY REGARDED.
  • Proven track record initiating, developing and maintaining long term client relationships to generate sales.
  • Ability to provide solutions for clients.
  • Comfortable in learning new techniques, products, processes and procedures.
  • Outstanding presentation and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with a wide range of personalities to ensure efficient communication.
  • Highly motivated, committed, team focused and reliable.
  • Enthusiasm, commitment and loyalty.
  • Positive, friendly and outcome focused. 
  • Comfortable in using Microsoft Office tools and the internet browsers.
  • Experience with a CRM system is highly regarded – Ideally Dynamic.
  • Experience with Project Tender sites such as EstimateOne and Cordell Connect will be advantageous.
  • MUST HAVE a current drivers licence with a clean record.
  • Must be prepared to undertake 1 week of training in the head office at Moorebank.
