The Opportunity:

Are you an organised and proactive individual with a knack for keeping things running smoothly? Ray White Canberra is looking for an Office Manager to Be the linchpin of our reception and administrative operations. If you thrive in a structured environment and excel in managing daily office activities, we want to hear from you!

As our Office Manager, you will Be the first point of contact at our reception desk, setting the tone for professionalism and efficiency in our office.

This role is more than just managing the office—it’s a fantastic stepping stone into the real estate industry. As Office Manager, you will gain exposure to all departments within our group, providing a unique opportunity to understand the workings of Residential Sales, Property Management, Project Marketing, Commercial, Customer Care, and Loan Market. This position is ideal for anyone looking to build a career in real estate, offering invaluable experience and insights into the industry.

Your role will be pivotal in shaping both internal and external customer experiences. Ensuring satisfaction at every touchpoint is essential for the success of our operations. As the first point of contact, your ability to create positive interactions, handle inquiries with efficiency, and maintain a professional environment will directly impact client perceptions and satisfaction levels. Your dedication to providing exceptional service will be at the forefront of our success, making a significant contribution to our reputation and client relationships.

Location: Belconnen

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm
