Reporting to the Managing Director, the Behaviour Support Practitioner (BSP) is required to evaluate, develop and deliver evidence-based support plans within a complex support space. You will ensure individual plans reflect the clients NDIS participants' goals, interests and promotes their quality of life. Whilst doing so you will also build the knowledge, capacity and strengths of all those who are important to the participant and their support network.
As a member of the Positive Behaviour Support team, the BSP will provide daily mentoring and support to a team of BSPs whilst advocating and implementing the clients values, consisting of all ages throughout the lifespan. Working within the NDIS Positive Behaviour Support Capability Framework, the role supports the individual professional development and client service delivery.
