As a Bid Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the bid process from start to finish, ensuring that our proposals are of the highest quality and submitted on time. This role offers a mix of diversity with a supportive (and fun) team to work with, you’ll be reporting directly to Senior Management, adding a layer of strategic guidance and a touch of excitement into your everyday tasks
- Coordinating the preparation of bid submissions, tender responses, expressions of interest including gathering information from internal stakeholders, preparing responses to client questions, and finalising bid documents
- Liaising with internal stakeholders to compile the relevant information to produce high quality, detailed, cohesive and structured tender applications;
- Managing internal stakeholder deadlines;
- Manage content library for future proposals ensuring documents are stored in correct files.
- Ensuring that bid submissions are completed in accordance with company policies and procedures and that all necessary approvals are obtained.
- Managing company incoming enquiries
- Reviewing daily tender notices and coordinating their evaluation
- Co-ordinating workflow from sales through to estimating

Selection Criteria
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to read construction documentation
- Proven ability to work within a demanding environment;
- Excellent attention to detail;

- A resourceful approach to collating the required information;
- Self-Driven and a forward planner;
