The Opportunity
As the Bid Coordinator, you will join the regional bid management team and assist in the preparation of materials to support tenders, bids and related reporting. As a highly organised professional, you will proactively manage the workflow of current tenders.
Main responsibilities include:
Support the team in various business development projects
Assist with the preparation of materials to support winning projects including tenders, capability statements and bids
Maintaining the Customer Relations System (CRM)
Maintain the library of documents for tenders and bids
Key Selection Criteria:
Previous experience in a similar role, working with tenders submissions and contract management
The ability to work autonomously in a busy work environment with competing deadlines
Strong computer skills with intermediate to advanced skills in MS office suite
Excellent communication skills and the proven ability to interface within a team environment
Tertiary qualified in a relevant field (Business, Marketing, Communications or Economics) or relevant industry experience
