We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Bid Manager to join our dynamic National Sales Team. As a Bid Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing the end-to-end bid process for our Flagship Corporate Travel Management brand and other FCTG Brands. This position involves writing and editing content, managing content within the Responsive (RFPIO) tool, and ensuring adherence to global bid standards. You will collaborate closely with local and regional Sales Leaders and the Bid Management Team to deliver compelling bid responses and manage project timelines effectively.

A day in the life...
Write, collate, edit, and produce bid responses for large market Australia and NZ client opportunities.
- Develop and manage timelines in collaboration with Sales Leaders and Bid Management Team Leader.
- Refine and manage the process for Business Development Managers to engage Bid Manager support effectively.
- Advocate for the use of Responsive / RFPIO across all bid projects, ensuring integration and efficiency.
Continuously update and maintain the Online content library with fresh RFP content and ensure existing content is current.
- Cultivate a network of Subject Matter Experts to enhance the quality and relevance of bid content.
- Ensure all creative outputs align with brand guidelines and maintain consistency.
Collaborate with global bid management teams, participating in strategy meetings and supporting multinational bids as needed.
Who you are...
- Minimum three years of experience in a similar Corporate Bid Manager role .
- Proven experience in project managing complex communication projects with multiple outputs, hard deadlines, and diverse contributors.
- Proficiency in Responsive / RFPIO, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and other relevant software.
