This leading multinational Facilities Management service provider is looking to drive their existing growth, having already gained market dominance in a number of core sectors.
The Role:
- Supporting business development strategy
- Developing bid win strategies
- Leading the team for the duration of bids
- Overseeing the preparation, review and submission of bid responses - including expressions of interest, tenders, proposals and presentations, to Corporate, Public Sector and Resources clients
- Lead workshops, meetings and presentations internally and externally
- Writes key sections of submissions including planning, drafting, gathering information, editing content and ensuring compliance to standards
- Nurturing effective relationships with internal stakeholders, partners and clients.
- Ideally tertiary qualified in Facilities Management, Business Management, Finance or Sales & Marketing
- Strong understanding of the full spectrum of Bid Pricing / Commercial Costing, Labour and Material Estimates, Commercial Terms and Delivery strategies
- Experience in Facilities Management, Building Maintenance (M&E / HVAC) or Soft Services (cleaning, catering etc) is preferred
- Excellent teamwork and leadership skills
- Project management skills
- Strong written communication skills
- Strong understanding of bid writing fundamentals
- Strong stakeholder management skills to ensure a cohesive approach to coordinating contributions in a timely manner
