Your new company
You will be working for a growing NFP in the Northern Beaches, which provides services to NDIS clients across NSW. This organisation has a rich history of supporting people with disabilities to live a full and enriched life, whilst working with their families and carers to get the best care outcomes for everyone.
Your new role
You will be working as part of a large revenue team, reporting into a manager who values teamwork, proactivity and positive change. You will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely setup of service delivery programs. You will use various software tools and portals to process Service Agreements, handle Billing and client reporting, and troubleshoot administration issues. Your role will be crucial in enabling your new company to claim support for their clients and maintain compliance with NDIS requirements. Your main responsibilities will be:
Process Service Agreements and review them for compliance requirements
Secure funding for service provision through NDIS service bookings
Billing and troubleshooting
Prepare and modify service delivery programs
Reconcile accounts and adjust general ledger
Client reporting and data analysis through manipulation in Excel
Collaborate with team members and seek support and guidance when needed
Maintain knowledge of NDIS guides and provide advice to service delivery staff
Provide excellent customer service and develop key relationships with clients and external parties
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and identify areas for improvement
What you'll need to succeed
You will have a background in finance, ideally having a degree or TAFE certificate. You will be proactive and a problem-solver, with a keen eye for detail. You will have strong communication and organisational skills, and enjoy a fast-paced and collaborative environment, working in a team to achieve joint and personal targets. Your background in accounting, and Reporting, reconciliation and analysis skills will set you up for success in this varied and busy role.
What you'll get in return
You will be paid a base salary of $75-85k + super, as well as NFP packaging, meal and entertainment card, and 2 days WFH (once fully trained). This organisation and team are going through some exciting changes and are implementing new processes and systems, so you will be involved in projects as well as BAU work. Keen to progress?
