AddressQuality Assurance Officer - Medical Reports
Our medico-legal firm seeks a happy and enthusiastic Medical Report Quality Assurance Officer to join our growing team. You will need to have attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication, as well as computer-based and organisational skills.
Previous Personal Injury Scheme experience, including interstate experience, is highly desirable. Experience with personal injury/workers compensation regulations and legislation, or familiarity with AMA Guides to the Evaluation of Permanent Impairment 4th or 5th edition (or similar) would also be considered favourably.
This role would suit a driven professional with a friendly and positive attitude that is seeking a role with varied responsibilities. Work from home available.

Main Tasks:
- Quality Assurance, including Proof Reading of Medical Reports.
- Liaising with our panel of Medical Specialists, requiring strong professional communication skills.
- Answering incoming phone calls/arranging medical appointments and general customer service.
- Updating company databases.
- General administrative duties.

This is a full-time position. Flexible working arrangements including work from home, alternate working days and hours (including weekends) will be considered for the right candidate.
