The Company
We are working with a Global Professional Services organisation who are looking for a Billings Officer to join their team on a permanent full-time basis. This will be a fast paced and high-volume environment where you will be involved in a variety of tasks within a national team.
The Role
As the Billings Accounts Officer, you will be required to perform, but not be limited to:
o Allocations & Receipting
o Performing Bank Reconciliations
o Billings enquiries
o Preparation of Billings / Raising invoices
o Assisting with Accounts Payable tasks
o Performing account reconciliations
o Ad hoc tasks as required
To be considered for the position, you will have demonstrated experience within the following areas:
· Experience within Professional Services industries highly desirable
· Excellent Excel & Reconciliations capabilities
· Strong communication and written skills
· Team work, collaboration and high level of attention to detail
· Must be immediately available to start
