We are looking to hire a part time Billing Officer to support the Murwillumbah office.

This role is designed for an individual who displays excellent organisational skills, has previous billing and accounts experience and can work within a fast-paced working environment.
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Manage and process accounts receivable transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare and send invoices to customers in a timely manner.
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding invoices to ensure timely payment.
- Reconcile accounts receivable ledgers to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
- Maintain accurate records of all receivable transactions.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any billing issues or discrepancies.
- Prepare regular reports on accounts receivable status and aging.
- Assist in month-end closing activities and reporting.
- Assist with reception cover during lunch breaks and staff leave periods.
- Adhoc tasks as directed by Management
The successful applicant will have:
- Proven experience with Microsoft Office suite
- Demonstrated Accounts/Billing experience
- Previous experience with MYOB
- Previous experience with Cerebiz (desirable)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A strong work ethic and desire to learn
This is a part time position, from Monday to Friday. Approximately 15-20 hours per week.
