About the Role
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving Design Technology initiatives and strategies globally at Hassell. Your tasks will encompass a wide range, requiring flexibility to tackle diverse challenges in our dynamic environment. As a support role to the Design Technology Leader, you will liaise with the larger Design Technology team, contributing to the implementation and drive of Design Technology procedures to enhance design and project efficiency.
Your role will involve standardising Design Technology implementation documentation, updating processes, and collaborating with BIM Managers and Teams on model audits' progress. You'll play a vital part in assisting with ISO certification, identifying automation opportunities, and staying abreast of emerging technology and AI developments. Your knack for improving project delivery outcomes and organizing Design Technology support will make you a key contributor.
About You
A seasoned BIM Manager with a passion for driving global Design Technology initiatives, you bring a strong background in BIM methodologies and technologies, coupled with the flexibility to tackle diverse tasks in our dynamic environment. If you have a knack for collaboration and a desire to enhance design and project efficiency, this is a role for you.
You bring:
- Proven experience in driving BIM deliverables for projects.
- Technical prowess, actively participating in BIM activities.
- Understanding BIM requirements, with a knack for reviewing coordinated BIM Models.
- Open and collaborative problem-solving, coupled with a mentoring spirit for continuous improvement.
- Demonstrated capability in implementing new technologies and processes based on company standards.
- Proficiency in industry standards, model auditing, computational design, Power BI
- A relevant degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, Interior Design, or a related discipline is essential.
- Understanding software workflow and interoperability, coupled with a commitment to staying current with advancements in building technology, are crucial components of your profile.
