DEPARTMENTThe
Biomedical Engineering Department ensures that all biomedical equipment used for patient treatment in the Hospital network is functional, safe and conforms to Australian regulatory requirements. The Department also provides key Hospital personnel with advice on the optimum usage, purchasing and replacement of medical equipment

Biomedical Engineer to join the
Biomedical Engineering team at Alfred Health for a short-term appointment. Duties include service and maintenance of specialised equipment. Salary will be in accordance with the relevant award. We are seeking a motivated and conscientious person, capable of fitting in quickly to a progressive and professional team. Applicants must have a relevant engineering qualification; a good understanding of engineering principles; appropriate experience; well developed organisational skills; good written and verbal communication skills.
