About the role:
Join a team of passionate Supervisors delivering individual and group supervision. Contribute to the growth and development of a national team of community-based Psychologists. Leverage your experience to inspire and mentor a new generation of health professionals. This is a part-time minimum 3 days/ week or full-time opportunity. Reporting to the National Clinical Supervisor Manager.
In this role, you will:
- Support, monitor and evaluate the development of provisional psychologists who are completing the 4+2 or 5+1 pathway as paid clinical staff with Humanity Health Group
- Provide clinical guidance, mentoring and training to registered early career psychologists or those completing an endorsement program
- Mentor, guide and facilitate the clinical skills of post-graduate university students completing a psychology externship placement with Humanity Health Group
- Proactively develop Learning & Development content for delivery to teams within the organisation
In order to thrive in this role, it's essential that you have:
- Current General Registration as a Psychologist with AHPRA
- AHPRA accreditation as a Board Approved Supervisor
- 5+ years experience working as a Psychologist
- Excellent communication, written and executive functioning skills
- Current endorsement (Clinical, Counselling, Health, Ed & Dev) and approval to supervise those wishing to complete a registrar pathway
- Accreditation to provide supervision to higher degree students
- Previous experience teaching in postgraduate psychology
- Early childhood experience
- Experience in disability or complex care
- Behaviour Support Practitioner supervision experience
