AddressBeefy’s are seeking a full time Pastry Cook to join our Factory team at Kunda Park on the beautiful Sunshine Coast. We also have other opportunities within our growing team for General Production Assistants and Cleaners.

Beefy’s proudly make a wide range of scrumptious pies, pasties, sausage rolls, slices, tarts, cakes and much more! Our premium products are well known in SE Qld and have won multiple awards for our pies. Our production facility supplies our 9 stores across South East Qld.
The Role
This role involves working Monday to Friday between the hours of 4am and 4pm.

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Making a wide range of pastry goods both savoury and sweet
- Operating commercial bakery machinery & equipment
- Production line duties
- Ensuring compliance to Food Safety & HACCP principles and Company Policies & Procedures
- Working safely & adhering to WHS policies
- Leading and guiding Apprentices & Factory Assistants
- Preparing ingredients
- General cleaning and housekeeping
- Stock rotation
The successful applicant will ideally hold a Certificate III in Cake and Pastry or other relevant qualification, or have equivalent relevant industry experience e.g. 3+ years bakery or production experience would be well regarded.
You will ideally have worked in a similar environment and have a passion for baking and producing high quality products though the main attributes we seek are a great work ethic, reliability and a positive attitude.
