AddressWe are seeking an experienced Body Corporate Manager with 2 years plus experience who is looking for a change and is eager to join a well respected, experienced and stable team environment.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing a well-maintained portfolio with long-term clients. Your strong communication skills, attention to detail, and commitment to client satisfaction will be key to your success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of medium schemes, many townhouse complex's, ensuring they are well-maintained and compliant with regulations.
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate closely with the team to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.
- Provide guidance and support to clients on strata-related matters.
- Stay up-to-date with strata legislation and industry best practices.
- Previous experience as a Body Corporate Manager is essential, experienced Assistants ready to step up will also be considered
- Strong administration, organisation & prioritising skills
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Possess a strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- A well-maintained portfolio with long-term clients.
- Up to $95k + super + performance-based commissions
