Launched in April 2015, The Community Co quickly became the 'next generation' of Body Corporate Management in Brisbane. With the development of innovative technologies, the use of key strategies and the ethos that relationship is our actual business, The Community Co rapidly grew to now manage over 1.5 Billion Dollars of prestige property.
We understand that everything we do is tied to a person. It involves their home, property, lifestyle and future. It is for this reason that we care. We care about the 'why' more than the 'what'. This is the reason we answer or return phone calls promptly, reply to emails effectively and find human solutions for our clients.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Tasks you will be required to perform;
-Establish great relationships with clients.
-Prepare meeting agendas and minutes.
-Prepare budgets (via an industry system).
-Coordinate contractors.
-Respond to emails & phone calls within KPI parameters.
-Attend Body Corporate Committee meetings.
-Acquire knowledge of the QLD Body Corporate Legislation.
-Work closely with the Senior Body Corporate Manager.
-Prepared to be developed as one of QLD's Next Generation of Body Corporate Managers.
Attributes you must possess;
-Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency required.
-Exceptional verbal & written communication skills.
-Able to develop rapport with clients.
-Accounting knowledge or bookkeeping experience is desirable.
-Highly self-motivated and energetic with a positive outlook.
-Take ownership of your work and produce results you are proud of.
-Take responsibility for your actions.
-Can work individually and as part of a team.
-Logical thinker who can solve problems.
-Can manage external consultants including trades, property managers, and solicitors.
-Excellent customer service skills.
