Your new role
Duties will include but not limited to:
- Prepare invoices for payment
- Process quote requests
- Process work orders
- Arrange and attend meetings
- Liaise with lot owners and committees
- Prepare correspondence
- Maintain pending files
- Prepare insurance claims
What you'll need to succeed
- Current driver's licence is essential
- Knowledge of or ability to learn relevant Body Corporate legislation
- Knowledge of or ability to learn and apply Company policies and procedures
- Organisation, planning and time management skills
- Effective computer skills
- Very good written literacy and mathematical skills
- Able to accurately transcribe information
- Effective communication skills
- Minimum 2 years Administrative experience or customer service
