An opportunity exists for an enthusiastic person to join our team as a full time Assistant Manager at our Laverton workshop.
Applicants need to be proactive, curious and have excellent communication skills. Experience with our management platform IBodyshop is not essential, but an advantage. We will provide all necessary induction and ongoing training to the successful applicant.
Duties will include:
- Liaising with clients, insurance assessors, insurance companies and suppliers
- Allocate, organize and coordinate the repair jobs
- Working with our admin purchasing and production teams in supervising the whole repair process
- Quoting & Invoicing
The successful applicant will have:
- knowledge of the vehicle repair industry
- excellent communication skills that provide for effective communication with staff clients & insurance companies
- a current driver’s license
- Computer literacy
- Strong work ethic
An excellent remuneration package will be negotiated based on experience and will include a fully paid vehicle and an ongoing incentive arrangement.
